Unlike manufacturers who repair only their own units, Ryzex repairs barcode, laser scanning, mobile computer, point of sale and data collection equipment from numerous manufacturers.   • Online Repair Form: Get prompt attention on a repair you need right now. Fill out and submit the repair form.
  • Monthly Maintenance. A contract agreement that takes care of everything. You get a no hassle, fast service at a fixed price, calculated on a per-unit, per-month (PUPM) basis.
  • Basic Flat Rate Service. A fixed-price, non-contract service appropriate for minor repairs that are not labour intensive.
  • Comprehensive Flat Rate Service. The next level up in flat-rate repair, appropriate for services that require more technician time and more expensive parts replacement. When you send equipment to us, our technicians will promptly assess the repair and make a recommendation for either the Basic or Comprehensive Flat Rate Service based on the cost of the parts, familiarity with the product and the amount of labour required.
  • Coupon Service. If you’d like the ease associated with a contract maintenance plan but not the commitment, Coupon Service is the convenient alternative to time and material repairs. You simply purchase a book of repair coupons, negotiated specifically for your products, in advance. When you want an item repaired you just send it to us along with a coupon. With Coupon Service there is no need to write a purchase order or pay a bill every time you require a repair.
  • Extended Warranty. When you buy new or Pre-Owned equipment, you can extend the original 90-day warranty up to a full year or up to three years. Learn more about extended warranty.
  • Emergency Exchange. We offer a contract agreement that keeps your mission-critical systems up and running. The moment your contracted equipment is received at Ryzex, a replacement unit will be shipped to you.
  • On-Site Repair. We’ll bring the service to you when it’s not convenient to ship the products to us. View the brands we repair on-site.
  • Customised Repair Service Solutions. We can develop a completely custom service programme that will fit your particular situation. This programme can include items such as specialised repairs, rapid-turnaround, loan equipment and a custom fee schedule.
